Job Description
Overview
Orchard Talent Group is an Australian-owned search firm, leading the nation in social purpose engagements across the care economy, education and government sectors. Our clients are diverse, commercially driven organisations focused on delivering community impact. Headquartered in Sydneyโs CBD, we operate with a national footprint and a collaborative, high-energy team culture.

You will work closely with partners who have extensive experience in the sector, providing mentorship and guidance while delivering high-impact work for clients who are shaping services and systems for the public good. These partnerships allow you to manage retained search processes end-to-end, build and maintain relationships with senior executives and contribute to impactful leadership appointments across public and for-purpose organisations. Orchard offers retained search for all permanent roles, ensuring a dedicated and thorough recruitment process tailored to each clientโs needs. Joining Orchard Talent means youโll have the unique opportunity to deliver sub-executive roles whilst learning the art and science of executive search directly from experienced Executive Partners. This hands-on mentorship ensures you gain deep expertise while working alongside industry leaders.
