About the role
We are seeking a
Knowledge Management Analyst
to be a key contributor within the Knowledge, Training and Governance teamsโ Tier 2 Knowledge Management function. This role plays a critical part in centralising knowledge and resources to strengthen the capability of the Customer Group and broader CSC.
As the
Knowledge Management Analyst , you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Customer Groupโs Knowledge Management system, which stores and governs the business unitโs Intellectual Property (IP). Specialising in content management or platform management, you will ensure knowledge assets are accurate, accessible, compliant and fit for purpose.
This role takes a consultative, stakeholder-focused approach, working closely with teams to understand their knowledge needs and translate them into structured, usable content within the repository.
Key responsibilities
Maintain and improve the Customer Group Knowledge Management system, ensuring guides, templates, policies and procedures are accurate, current and fit for purpose
Supporting Customer Group staff to effectively use the repository, enabling self-service and continuous capability uplift
Collaborating with stakeholders to develop, update, and oversee knowledge content, addressing gaps and ensuring accuracy
Managing language, technical and compliance reviews to align materials with CSC branding and requirements
Contributing to broader Knowledge, Training, and Governance team activities
What weโre looking for
RG146 qualification highly regarded
Strong knowledge of CSCโs superannuation schemes, products, processes and systems
Great attention to detail, with the ability to produce clear, accurate and well-structured written content
Excellent communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences
Confidence engaging internal stakeholders and working collaboratively as part of a team
The ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and consistently meet deadlines
Consultative approach when gathering requirements, translating business needs into knowledge assets
The team is shaping how CSC captures, curates, and shares knowledge to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape
