As a Joint Venture Partner, you’ll lead audiology services in your community, delivering outstanding care while driving the commercial success of your business. The Opportunity Specsavers Audiology Greensborough, located in Greensborough Plaza, has been serving the community since November 2018, while our Eltham Audiology clinic, situated on Main Road, opened in February 2024. Both locations are supported by well-established optical businesses – Greensborough has been operating since October 2009 and Eltham since August 2023 – ensuring a strong foundation for exceptional eye and hearing care.

You’ll join a collaborative team of established Optics and Retail Partners, supported by a dedicated retail team who will also assist your audiology customers – creating a seamless experience for everyone who walks through the door.

To support the growth of the audiology business, the store has a part-time Audiologist servicing customers.

What We’re Looking For:

Full membership (or eligibility) with Audiology Australia or ACAud

Strong administration and diary management skills

Minimum two years of clinical experience post-QP

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to lead and collaborate to achieve business outcomes

A passion for shaping the future of audiology through clinical excellence, transparent pricing, and value-driven care
