We are seeking an experienced Fractional CFO / Head of Finance to bring financial clarity, strategic insight, and commercial leadership to our business. This role is not bookkeeping - it is a senior advisory position, partnering directly with the Founder and leadership team to enable confident decision-making, scalable financial systems, and sustainable growth. What You'll Do

As our Fractional CFO, you will: Act as the principal financial advisor to the Founder/Directors Produce monthly management reports highlighting profit, margins, cash flow, and marketing ROI Build and maintain rolling 3-, 6- and 12-month cash flow forecasts Support financial modelling for new offices, partnerships and growth initiatives Strengthen financial systems, workflows and controls in partnership with bookkeepers and accountants Identify risks and mitigation strategies, including compliance and trust account oversight What We\'re Looking For

Experience: Senior finance leadership (CFO, Financial Controller, Head of Finance or similar) Background in SMEs, multi-entity businesses or professional services Real estate, property or commission based experience highly regarded Skills & Attributes: Exceptional commercial judgment and strategic thinking Advanced cash flow and forecasting capability Ability to simplify complex financial data for non-financial stakeholders Calm, proactive, practical and trustworthy Australian work authorisation required at the time of application Why Join Us
