Medical Administration Officer – Full Time | 9‑month Fixed Term Contract
I‑MED Radiology Network – Mount Waverley, VIC

We’re offering a fantastic full‑time, fixed‑term opportunity to join our supportive team as a Medical Administration Officer, where you’ll play a key role in helping hospitals and radiologists deliver timely and accurate medical reports.
Monday to Friday rotating shifts between 8:30am – 5:00pm
Work in a professional medical environment with full training provided
What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinate the delivery of medical reports between hospitals and radiologists
Manage incoming requests and ensure accurate documentation
Provide excellent customer service to healthcare professionals
Track report progress and meet deadlines
Support the team with general administrative tasks

Comfortable using computers and learning new systems

Able to work independently and in a team

I‑TeleRAD, I‑MED’s teleradiology reporting service has been established exclusively for the purpose of providing teleradiology reporting services to both private and public medical facilities across Australia. It is one of the largest and most sophisticated teleradiology reporting services operating in Australia.
Based in our Mount Waverley office, you will be responsible for providing high quality, professional and efficient administration support for the I‑TeleRAD services. You are someone who thrives in busy environments and can manage deadlines and adapt with changing priorities; we’d love to hear from you!

As a Medical Receptionist
Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check‑in procedures ensuring that a patient’s first experience of I‑MED is one they will positively remember.
Answering phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
Key attributes
Clear and empathetic verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills putting the patient at the centre of all that you do.
Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
