The Role As General Manager, you will take ownership of daily business performance across sales, marketing, stock, freight, warehouse and staff leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of up to 8 across sales, warehouse & admin

Drive revenue growth across retail, trade, wholesale and online channels

Oversee digital & traditional marketing, promotions and brand development

Manage stock accuracy, purchasing cycles and freight/logistics

Build strong trade and supplier relationships

Monitor KPIs, analyse sales data and implement performance improvements

Ensure customer service standards, WHS compliance and operational discipline

About You You're a driven leader with strong commercial instincts, excellent people skills and the ability to grow a business through effective sales and marketing.

Candidates must hold current Australian work authorisation at the time of application.

You Bring

Experience in leadership roles such as General Manager, Branch Manager, Store Manager, Sales Manager or Operations Manager

Minimum 3-4 years of leadership experience in management roles

Proven success driving sales and hitting KPIs

Strong team leadership and performance management capability
