Legal Practice Leadership : Manage a portfolio of family law matters, including property settlements, parenting arrangements, and alternative dispute resolution. Court Representation : Appear in directions hearings, mediations, conciliation conferences, and other legal proceedings. Document Preparation : Draft and review court documents, Consent Orders, Financial Agreements, and Child Support Agreements with exceptional attention to detail. Dispute Resolution : Lead mediations and negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. Mentorship : Provide guidance and support to junior lawyers, fostering their professional development and contributing to a collaborative team environment. Requirements

Professional Experience : Minimum of 2 years post-admission experience (PAE) in Family Law, preferably gained at a respected Sydney-based firm.
