General Manager (Spec)

Overview

We are partnering with a large Facilities provider looking for a General Manager to lead a team undertaking Facilities Management in corporate clients to ensure delivery of efficient and effective performance across sites. Responsibilities

Ensure P&L objectives are met and or exceeded. Managing and ensuring that contractual delivery expectations are met by clear guidance to managers and frontline staff. Lead contract delivery and contract variations Ensure SLA’s and KPIs are met. Mentor and develop Contract Managers. Be the primary focus for client and stakeholder engagement. Qualifications

10+ years’ experience in Facilities Management and 5+ years leading contract delivery. A technical or business qualification is preferred. Facilities leadership gained in a commercial environment. You are a proven dynamic and innovative leader. Contacts
