Legal Counsel - Pacific

Help shape how WTW navigates complex legal matters across Australia, NewZealand and the Pacific Islands. In this high‑impact role, you’ll be a trusted advisor to business leaders—driving pragmatic legal solutions on contracts, disputes, M&A, employment and regulatory developments—while collaborating closely with our global Office of General Counsel. This role can be located in either Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne. The Role

Advise Pacific leadership teams on general and transactional legal matters, providing clear, commercial guidance. Lead and support functional projects and improvement initiatives aligned to OGC and WTW objectives. Engage effectively with regulators, vendors, outside counsel and other stakeholders to manage risk and protect WTW’s reputation. Manage external legal spend in line with OGC guidelines, working collaboratively with global OGC teams.
