Your Role As Centre Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the service while leading a high‑performing team. Working closely with your Assistant Centre Manager and Educational Leader, you will drive quality outcomes, team engagement and strong family partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop a committed educator team

Foster a positive, inclusive and collaborative centre culture

Drive occupancy, performance and continuous improvement

Ensure compliance with Regulations and National Quality Standards

Build strong, trusting relationships with families and the local community

Manage budgets, rosters and centre performance metrics

About You

Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care

3–4+ years’ experience as a Centre Manager

Proven success leading an established service

Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills

Sound knowledge of Regulations and the NQS

Passionate about quality early learning and community connection

Current WWCC, Police Check, First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, Food Safety Supervisor
