Reporting to the Business Unit Director, your responsibilities will include:
Lead national sales strategy, execution, and performance across Australia and New Zealand.
Drive commercial excellence by developing strategic business plans, setting sales targets, and aligning efforts with broader business objectives.
Manage and coach a team of field sales managers and representatives, ensuring consistent implementation of best practices and high-performance standards.
Strengthen field force effectiveness through structured coaching, CRM (Salesforce) utilisation, and continuous skill development.
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key customers, government bodies, and procurement stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and drive market share growth.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Tertiary qualifications in a business or science-related field.
Proven sales and/or marketing leadership experience within the surgical medical devices industry.
Strong people management capabilities, including coaching remote teams and fostering sales excellence.
Deep understanding of healthcare systems, value-based selling, and medical device market dynamics.
Proficient in CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
