The Opportunity This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving national revenue performance, building a high‑performing sales culture, and strengthening Progility’s position as a trusted technology partner across enterprise, government, and commercial sectors.

You will shape strategy, mentor a talented team, and work closely with executive leadership to deliver ambitious growth outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the national sales strategy aligned with company objectives

Lead, coach, and inspire a geographically dispersed sales team

Drive new business acquisition while expanding existing customer relationships

Build strong partnerships with vendors, integrators, and channel partners

Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting

Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to deliver seamless customer outcomes

Represent Progility Technologies at industry events, conferences, and executive engagements

About You You’re an entrepreneurial, strategic, commercially minded sales leader with a passion for technology and a track record of delivering strong revenue growth. You thrive in dynamic environments, build trust quickly, and know how to bring out the best in your team.

We’re looking for someone with:

Proven experience in an executive sales leadership role within ICT, UC, collaboration, or related technology sectors

Strong understanding of enterprise and government sales cycles

Demonstrated success in building and scaling high‑performing sales teamsExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills

A data‑driven approach to forecasting, planning, and performance optimisation
