Lawyer / Associate - Corporate & Commercial

The Opportunity Join as a Lawyer or Associate (depending on experience) and take real ownership of transactions and advisory matters while partnering with senior lawyers on larger deals. You’ll work directly with premium clients and decision-makers, under the guidance of an exceptional leadership team.

There is a clear, and merit based, progression pathway on offer.

What you’ll do

Run small - mid matters end-to-end; support on larger M&A (business and share sales/acquisitions).

Draft, review and negotiate B2B commercial contracts (service/supply, distribution, procurement, SaaS/tech where relevant).

Advise on capital raising documentation and corporate governance (shareholder agreements, classes/rights).

Provide pragmatic corporate advisory & compliance guidance to private clients/SMEs.

Build strong client relationships; contribute to team systems and continuous improvement.

About you

2 - 6 years’ PAE.

Solid grounding across contracts, corporate and general commercial advisory.

Confident with clients; clear drafter; calm, solutions-focused, self-directed.

Bonus points, but not a prerequisite: exposure to private equity/capital raising, tech/SaaS or franchising.
