$45.31 per hour + penalties for overtime
Monday to Friday, 6 am starts

The Oils and Technical Services (OTS) division of Cleanaway serves much more than the standard collection of household waste. Our team supports the collection, treatment, processing and recycling of liquid and hazardous waste, including industrial waste, grease trap waste, oily waters and paints.
About the role
Based at our Narangba depot, we are seeking an experienced Team Leader to:
Complete all records and paperwork correctly, as directed and required by CWY, law & regulators
Ensure safe work practices and adherence to policies and procedures including Absolutes and Lifesaving rules as well as reporting of unsafe practices and potential and actual incidents
Undertake any other duties, accountabilities and responsibilities as directed
Supervise and assist in the training of all levels of Process Operators
Prepare and document waste products to be removed from site
Perform loading and unloading of packaged waste vehicles
Decant, clean, repackage, store and dispose of packaged waste
Sample and treat packaged waste as directed and/or required
Undertake daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment
About you
Previous Team Leader or Supervisor experience
Current Forklift licence with a minimum of 12 months experience
Excavator and Loader tickets (highly advantageous)
Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
Zero Harm Safety mindset
Good attitude, reliable and willing to learn
Willing to take a Pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol test
