As we continue to scale, we’re looking for an experienced Software Engineer to help evolve our web and mobile applications within a modern AWS cloud environment. The Opportunity

You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering teams to design and deliver reliable, scalable, user-focused solutions across: React-based web applications Mobile applications AWS cloud-native infrastructure This is a senior, hands-on role where you’ll contribute to architecture decisions, uplift engineering standards, and help shape the future of our platform. What you’ll Do

Design, develop, test and maintain features across front-end, mobile and back-end systems Build modern, responsive user interfaces using

React Contribute to the development and optimisation of our

mobile applications Contribute to

cloud-native development and deployments within AWS Apply sound cloud architecture principles to support scalable, secure and maintainable systems Collaborate cross-functionally to translate customer needs into practical solutions Participate in code reviews, sprint planning and technical design discussions Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and system issues Write clean, maintainable and well-documented code Mentor engineers and contribute to strong engineering practices What you’ll bring

5+ years’ experience in a Software Engineer / Full Stack Engineer role Strong experience building modern applications with

React Experience developing and maintaining

mobile applications

(React Native or similar) Hands-on experience with

AWS cloud services Strong understanding of cloud architecture and scalable application design Experience integrating front-end and mobile applications with APIs and backend services Solid understanding of performance optimisation and application security Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams AWS Certification (Associate level or higher), or working towards it (desirable) Tertiary qualification in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field (preferred) Why Join Visualcare?
