The story
Medadvisor sits at the intersection of healthcare and technology, partnering with pharmacies and pharmaceutical companies to improve medication adherence and patient outcomes across Australia and beyond.
As they scale, Medadvisor needs a Chief Commercial Officer to own commercial performance and customer relationships; someone who can drive sustainable revenue growth while genuinely championing the pharmacies and partners they serve.
This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, with a seat at the table and real influence over Medadvisor's future.
The role
You'll take accountability for Medadvisor's commercial strategy and customer outcomes across the pharmacy and pharmaceutical ecosystem - from revenue growth and retention through to the day to day experience of their pharmacy customers.
Commercial strategy
- translating company strategy into clear revenue, retention, and growth objectives, with disciplined forecasting, pricing judgement, and pipeline management.
Pharmacy commercial leadership
- owning their pharmacy monetisation model and ensuring the commercial approach deepens trust and long term relationships, not just short-term revenue.
Pharmaceutical partnerships
- building and executing compliant, scalable programs that deliver genuine value to pharmacies, pharma partners, and Medadvisor
Customer Support
- leading the support teams in Australia and the Philippines, setting service standards that reinforce retention and feed insights back into product and commercial planning.
People leadership
- developing senior leaders across Commercial and Customer Support, with clear accountability and a focus on building capability for the long term.
What we're looking for
You'll bring significant senior commercial leadership experience in software tech/product led organisations and ideally within healthcare, or services businesses that work closely with pharmacy.
You understand how to work with subject matter experts in your team, across other functions such as Product and Engineering, to build commercial models that will serve the needs of the business to continue to innovate, scale and maximise CLTV.
Beyond that, you're someone who:
Has built and managed healthcare commercial partnerships with a strong grasp of compliance and governance (ideally, but not essential).
Is able to lead and influence the best outcomes for the business that translates to value.
Can support the CEO to make a positive impact on culture and how the business operates.
Significantly contributes to business strategy, longer-term objectives beyond your remit.
Can lead through complexity - multiple stakeholders, regulated environments, and competing priorities.
Combines analytical rigour with the kind of relationship instincts that earn long-term trust.
Communicates with clarity and credibility at every level, from pharmacy owners to board members.
Is resilient, collaborative, and genuinely motivated by Medadvisor's role in improving patient health outcomes.
