Full-spectrum carriage of your own files: obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence, legal research, providing technical legal advice, liaising with third parties, briefing counsel, and attending court/settlement conferences. Admitted solicitor in Queensland with minimum 3+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law, including medical negligence, public liability, or institutional abuse (or a combination). Strong legal technical knowledge, drafting and advocacy skills; client-centric and results-driven. Ambitious, commercially astute, and able to thrive in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.
