Head of Marketing

Geelong Property Hub is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Marketing to lead, elevate and scale our marketing function across multiple aligned brands. This is a senior leadership role responsible for strategy, performance, people leadership and brand governance.

You will lead an established internal marketing team, driving measurable enquiry growth, brand visibility and revenue outcomes.

About the Role As Head of Marketing, you will own the overarching marketing strategy across all brands within Geelong Property Hub. You’ll oversee budgets, reporting, team performance and campaign execution — ensuring every marketing initiative aligns with business objectives and delivers strong ROI.

This is a strategic leadership position for someone who can think commercially, lead confidently and drive performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overarching marketing strategy across all brands

Lead, mentor and hold accountable a high-performing marketing team

Drive enquiry growth, lead quality and measurable ROI

Own and manage marketing budgets, spend approvals and financial reporting

Oversee brand consistency, campaign direction and major creative outputs

Monitor performance across digital, social and campaigns, delivering clear insights to leadership

Manage events, sponsorships and partnerships aligned with strategic priorities

Uphold strong governance, compliance and professional standards

About You We’re looking for a confident marketing leader with strong commercial acumen and proven people management experience.

You will ideally bring:

Degree or diploma in Marketing (or equivalent experience)

Senior marketing leadership experience, ideally across multiple brands

Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising and content strategy

Experience managing budgets and delivering ROI-focused campaigns

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

High levels of professionalism, confidentiality and sound judgement

Experience in property, real estate or multi-brand environments will be highly regarded.
