The Opportunity

We are seeking a Head of Engineering – Enterprise to lead the design, delivery, and evolution of the organization’s common technology platform. The role will ensure the platform is robust, scalable, and fit for purpose across all verticals and brands. Responsibilities include: Execute the technical strategy for the enterprise platform, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Lead the development and maintenance of reusable services and platform capabilities that support all verticals and brands. Drive migration from legacy systems to the common platform. Enable self‑service for business, operations, and partner teams through effective tooling and interfaces. Foster cross‑functional alignment on technical standards and best practices. Build, lead, and develop high‑performing engineering teams. Collaborate with Commercial and Shared Services teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. Champion change management to support smooth transitions during organisational or technical transformation. Benefits

About You

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent industry experience). • 8+ years of software engineering experience, with significant leadership in platform or enterprise engineering roles. • Proven track record in designing, building, and maintaining large‑scale, reusable technology platforms and services. • Deep expertise in infrastructure, security, event‑driven architectures, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS). • Experience driving migrations from legacy systems to modern platforms. • Demonstrated ability to enable self‑service and automation for non‑engineering teams. • Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills. • Experience leading teams through change and transformation. • Excellent communication, coaching, and technical leadership abilities. • Familiarity with agile delivery, CI/CD, and modern engineering toolchains (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
