We are seeking an experienced, motivated professional to take on a

hybrid Senior Property Manager / Business Development Manager (BDM)

role. This position combines leadership in property management with driving new rental listings and investor relationships. Backed by the trusted Ray White brand, this role offers strong growth potential, excellent support, and a rewarding commission structure.

About the Role This hybrid role is ideal for an experienced Senior PM who also enjoys relationship building and winning new business. You will:

Manage a clean, well-maintained rental portfolio with strong administrative and leasing support

Lead communication with rental providers, tenants, and contractors

Proactively source new rental listings and convert leads into new managements

Conduct rental appraisals and prepare management proposals

Build strong relationships with investors and maintain your database

Work closely with the Director and property management team

What We’re Looking For

Experience in property management and business development

Exceptional communication skills and client-relationship ability

Strong knowledge of Victorian rental legislation

Confident with leasing processes, appraisals, and investor presentations

Professional, organised, and solution-focused

A motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-first environment

Agent’s Representative Certificate (mandatory) + valid driver’s licence
