At DBG, we are Defined by Good because helping people feel better isn’t just our purpose, it’s our responsibility. About the role

DBG Health is looking for a highly experienced and strategic Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the Vidacorp financial planning function. This role will play a pivotal part in driving insightful analysis, robust financial forecasting, and effective business partnering across the organisation. Reporting to the GM of Finance, you will oversee management financial reporting, budgeting and KPI reporting while supporting commercial evaluations and business case development. You’ll leverage data and analytics to provide decision support and performance insights, ensuring financial rigour and strategic alignment across DBG Health’s commercial operations. As a key leader within the finance team, you’ll manage and develop FP&A resources, enhance reporting systems (including the implementation of tools such as Jedox), and drive continuous improvement and process automation initiatives. Your collaboration with business leaders will be instrumental in refining the five‑year financial plan and supporting the company’s growth objectives. This position requires exceptional analytical and modelling skills, strong commercial acumen and the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. Experience within complex corporates—particularly in FMCG or healthcare—combined with a CA or CPA qualification, will set you up for success in this role. Role & Responsibilities

Lead and manage the FP&A team, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial reporting, forecasting and analysis. Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting process, including preparation for board and management performance meetings. Leverage financial data and business intelligence tools to produce insightful reports and dashboards that inform strategic decisions. Review and evaluate business proposals, customer contracts and commercial cases with strong governance and analytical rigour. Support the key account sales team with performance analysis and customer reporting. Champion continuous improvement and process automation within the FP&A function. Deliver ad‑hoc financial analysis and project‑based insights as required. Stakeholder Management

Build strong, trusted relationships across finance, business intelligence, commercial and divisional teams. Translate business needs into efficient financial processes and decision frameworks. Partner with senior leaders to communicate financial results, identify trends and influence strategic priorities. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and advisors, to ensure financial integrity and alignment. Administration & Engagement

Manage communications, meetings and reporting processes efficiently and proactively. Lead by example in promoting DBG Health’s PACT values –

Pioneering, Accountability, Collaboration and Tenacity

– in all areas of work. Promote a culture of safety, wellbeing and continuous learning across the team. Identify and report potential risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial governance frameworks. Skills & Experience

Extensive FP&A leadership experience within large, complex corporate environments – ideally in organisations with an annual turnover of $500 million or more. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights. Proven ability to lead financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and strategic performance analysis. Experience reviewing and interpreting key financial metrics – including sales trends, expense analysis and customer profitability across divisions and channels. Proficiency in financial reporting systems and business planning tools (experience with Jedox, Business Central or NetSuite highly regarded). Demonstrated success in driving process improvement and automation across financial reporting and planning functions. Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior executives and cross‑functional leaders. A proactive, self‑starter mindset with strong business acumen and a track record of delivering outcomes in dynamic, fast‑paced environments. Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related disciplines. Professional designation: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practising Accountant (CPA). Prior experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical industries. Background in Big 4 or mid‑tier accounting firms combined with commercial experience in large‑scale corporates. Proven capability in implementing new financial systems and reporting frameworks. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and lead high‑performing teams. Benefits & perks
