R-274191Responsibilities:• Responsible for strategic direction and operation of CSL's global supply chain• Develops and executes a global logistics strategy to facilitate the cost-effective flow of goods throughout the supply chain• Develops and implements policies, procedures and standards to maximize the efficiency, security, quality and cost effectiveness of the supply chain• Develops and implements customs and trade compliance strategy and framework including supply chain security• Manages key accounts and contracts of regional and global third party providers• Liaises with senior management to ensure supply and logistics strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the businessQualifications:• Bachelor degree preferably in business; MBA or advanced degree in related discipline preferred• 12+ years' experience including management in multi-location environments, supervising technical specialists /cGMPs and GDP• Strong knowledge of Pharmaceutical best practices• 5+ years' experience in supply chain• 5+ years' experience in international business• Demonstrated success negotiating global commercial contractsDifferent qualifications or responsibilities may apply based on local legal and/or educational requirements.
