Sustainability & AI Strategy Consultant

Location : Remote/Hybrid (Australia-based)

About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated Sustainability & AI Strategy Consultant to work with our clients to define and implement strategies that leverage AI for sustainable outcomes. In this role, you will assess business needs, design AI-driven sustainability strategies, and guide clients through the process of adopting responsible AI solutions to meet their decarbonisation, waste reduction, and circular economy goals.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with clients to develop and execute AI-driven sustainability strategies that align with their environmental goals.

Advise on the adoption of AI solutions for energy efficiency, emissions reduction, and resource optimisation.

Work with cross-functional teams to design tailored solutions that integrate sustainability, ethics, and AI technologies.

Conduct market research and keep abreast of industry trends to help clients stay ahead in the rapidly evolving field of responsible AI.

Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients on the potential of AI to drive sustainability and governance improvements.

Qualifications

Strong background in sustainability, AI, and strategic consulting.

Proven experience advising organisations on decarbonisation, circular economy, and AI governance.

Excellent client-facing skills, with a track record of building strong relationships and delivering strategic recommendations.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to create actionable insights from complex data sets.

A degree in business, sustainability, engineering, or a related field.

Expertise in AI tools, sustainability metrics, and regulatory frameworks is a plus.
