PCS409 - Talent Acquisition Partner - Fixed-Term Full-Time (6 months, commencing Feb 26)

Your role As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a central role in delivering GMW’s Talent Acquisition strategy and supporting the development of a capable, future‑ready workforce. You will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle and ensure an efficient, reliable experience for candidates and hiring managers. This role requires someone who can step in confidently and manage recruitment activity from the get‑go.

What you’ll do

Lead end‑to‑end recruitment – from crafting compelling job ads to supporting the onboarding of new hires.

Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs and deliver tailored talent solutions.

Use creative attraction strategies to find top‑tier talent, ensuring GMW is an employer of choice.

Manage talent pipelines and support workforce planning to secure our future success.

Continuously improve recruitment processes and policies.

Be a champion for candidate care, ensuring every interaction reflects GMW’s values.

About you

Proven experience in managing recruitment processes end‑to‑end.

Outstanding communication and customer‑service skills.

The ability to juggle competing priorities with ease.

A creative, proactive approach to sourcing and attracting talent.

HR qualifications (desirable but not essential).
