The Role Based in

Brisbane

and reporting to the CEO, this senior leadership role leads innovation, performance, and growth in smart building technology. The Head of Building Technology & Automation will oversee Technology Sales, Projects, and Service — delivering integrated automation, energy management, and IoT solutions that embody our “Built-in Certainty” promise.

Some of the key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Set and execute the Technology Strategic Plan aligned with business objectives

Lead and mentor a high-performing team across sales, delivery, and service operations

Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across the division

Oversee project and service delivery to ensure outcomes meet quality, budget, and timeline targets

Build strong client and partner relationships to expand market share across ANZ

Lead forecasting, reporting, and resource planning to optimise performance

Collaborate with other business units to deliver seamless, integrated client solutions

Champion health, safety, quality, and risk management standards across all operations

10+ years’ senior leadership in technology, automation, or building services

Proven success in P&L ownership, sales growth, and operational leadership

Deep technical understanding of building automation, IoT, and energy optimisation

Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen and people leadership skills
