Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Partner

Your Impact As DEI Partner, you will lead delivery of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy roadmap. You will translate strategic priorities into practical action, partner with leaders and employee resource groups, and embed inclusive practices across people processes and culture. This role will deliver measurable progress against key DEI objectives and strengthen inclusive capability across the business. Please note this role is offered as a 6‑month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute priority initiatives aligned to the DEI strategy roadmap & timeline

Partner with leaders to embed DEI practices into decision‑making and workplace culture

Support and coordinate the DEI Committee and Employee Resource Groups

Track, analyse and communicate progress against DEI objectives

Deliver targeted DEI initiatives and programs within the contract period

Support WGEA and DEI reporting requirements

Provide insight‑driven recommendations based on workforce data

Stay current on DEI best practice and apply relevant external insights internally

About You

Experience shaping and delivering DEI or other HR initiatives in complex organisations

Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability

Ability to see the strategic picture while delivering detailed execution

Experience working with DEI reporting and workforce metrics

Confident working with data and communicating insights clearly

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable operating independently within a fixed‑term scope

Passionate about driving meaningful inclusion outcomes
