The Role
We’re looking for an experienced
Senior Product Engineer
to play a key role in evolving our product range and leading new product development. Reporting to the Head of Product Design & Engineering, you’ll help deliver engineering excellence, continuous design improvement, and world-class products that create exceptional customer experiences on the water.
You’ll work closely with design, production, quality, supply chain, and external partners, owning products from concept through to production and beyond.
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop detailed CAD designs and comprehensive engineering documentation
Perform FEM/FEA and tolerance analyses to support robust design decisions
Plan and execute design validation testing and prototyping
Apply Design for Manufacture (DFM) principles and support production implementation
Lead process validation activities and manage Engineering Change Notices (ECNs)
Prepare and facilitate Design and Process FMEAs
Investigate and resolve product and manufacturing issues
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline)
10+ years’ professional engineering experience, including 3+ years in a comparable senior role
Advanced proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred)
Strong experience across full NPD lifecycle — concept to production
Deep understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and part specification
Working knowledge of FEA and tolerance analysis
Experience with CNC machining and injection moulding
Composites experience is advantageous
Strong analytical mindset with creative problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable owning complex engineering challenges
Mechatronics experience
