Chief Executive Officer (Based in Tom Price)
Up to $140,000 p/a + salary packaging + benefits
We are partnering with the Nintirri Centre to recruit their new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This role is offered as a two-year fixed‑term contract, with the possibility of permanency for a high‑performing CEO.
The CEO works closely with the Board to ensure the organisation’s strategic vision is realised through strong governance, operational excellence and a culture of collaboration and integrity. They are responsible for overall leadership and management of Nintirri, providing strategic oversight across all areas of the organisation, including service delivery, financial performance, people and culture, stakeholder engagement and organisational sustainability.
The CEO is supported by a small, capable leadership team that plays a critical role in delivering smooth day‑to‑day operations. This includes the Office Manager, Operations Manager, part‑time Finance Manager, and a team of flexible business all‑rounders.
Through this team‑based approach, the CEO drives innovation and continuous improvement, ensuring Nintirri delivers high‑quality, community‑focused programmes that respond to local needs while strengthening long‑term growth, resilience and reputation across the Pilbara region.
