To support this next chapter, SEQEL are leading the search for a Chief Operating Officer.

The Opportunity Reporting to the CEO and partnering closely with the CPTO and leadership team, the COO will have ownership of the operational performance across the business. The COO will lead end to end operational execution across customer delivery, support, implementation, and service excellence, ensuring a consistently high quality and scalable SaaS customer experience. Functional areas of responsibility include customer care, training and implementation, account management and vendor management.

This is not a maintenance role. It is a build-and-evolve mandate.

Align cross-functional teams around clear commercial outcomes

Help shape strategy while ensuring disciplined execution

This is a pivotal leadership role at the intersection of strategy, execution, technology and healthcare impact.

Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a commercially astute, execution-focused leader who thrives in growth environments and enjoys building high-performing systems and teams.

You will likely bring:

Senior operational leadership experience within SaaS or technology-enabled organisations

A track record of scaling operations and driving measurable performance improvement

Experience leading customer delivery, implementation or service functions in mission-critical environments

Strong commercial instincts and confidence operating at Board and executive level

The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery

A calm, pragmatic and collaborative leadership style

Healthcare sector experience is valuable but not essential. What matters most is your ability to scale complex technology businesses with discipline and pace.
