We are seeking an experienced

IDAM Engineer

with a strong background in

Saviynt IGA (Identity Governance and Administration)

operations and administration to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA solutions and be capable of supporting the implementation, administration, and optimization of our identity management infrastructure. Experience with

MIM 2016

(Microsoft Identity Manager) is highly desirable. As an IDAM Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing identity systems, ensuring seamless integration, and driving efficiency across our identity governance processes. Key Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and optimize

Saviynt IGA

solutions to ensure effective identity governance and access management. Provide day-to-day support for the Saviynt IGA platform, including troubleshooting, updates, and enhancements. Integrate Saviynt IGA with other identity management systems and platforms to ensure seamless access and security management across the organization. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement identity governance policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Support the ongoing maintenance and configuration of identity systems, including user provisioning, role-based access control, and entitlement management. Provide technical expertise in

Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM 2016)

for identity synchronization and lifecycle management (Desirable). Design, implement, and manage workflows within Saviynt to automate identity lifecycle processes. Assist with identity audits, reporting, and troubleshooting to ensure access control policies are consistently enforced. Work closely with other IT teams, security specialists, and business units to understand and address identity-related requirements. Key Requirements

Proven experience as an

IDAM Engineer

or in a similar role with expertise in

Saviynt IGA operations and administration . Strong hands-on experience with

Saviynt IGA , including configuration, customization, and maintenance. Familiarity with identity governance processes such as provisioning, de-provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and entitlements. Desirable:

Experience with

MIM 2016 (Microsoft Identity Manager)

for identity synchronization and lifecycle management. Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, protocols, and security best practices. Experience with identity federation, authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) is a plus. Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across various teams and stakeholders.
