As a Senior Manager in our Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Assurance Services (CMAAS) team, you’ll play an important role in delivering technical advisory services focused on assessing business readiness for IPOs, capital raisings, and other complex capital market transactions, helping clients navigate regulatory requirements, financial reporting, and strategic considerations.

What you’ll do:
Lead and manage multiple client engagements, providing strategic oversight and high‑level advisory support in IPOs, capital raisings, and capital market transactions
Oversee the assessment of clients’ financial reporting processes, regulatory compliance, governance frameworks, and operational preparedness to ensure transaction success
Drive in-depth analysis of intricate accounting treatments, financial disclosures, and risk areas, delivering insightful recommendations to senior client stakeholders
Build and maintain trusted relationships with client executives and internal teams, facilitating seamless collaboration and decision‑making
Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their development and contributing to a high‑performance team environment
Influence the continuous improvement and innovation of CMAAS methodologies, tools, and best practices to advance service quality and effectiveness
Prepare and present high‑quality reports, technical briefs, and board‑level presentations that support client decision‑making and regulatory submissions
What we’re looking for:
Extensive experience (minimum 6‑8 years) in technical accounting, corporate finance, advisory, or audit roles, with substantial exposure to capital markets transactions, IPO readiness, or related advisory services
Deep expertise in accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and market practices relevant to capital markets and public offerings
Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills with the ability to navigate complex financial scenarios and provide senior‑level insight and advice
Proven leadership and client management experience, adept at building long‑term trusted relationships and managing stakeholder expectations
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to executive and board audiences
A collaborative leadership style with a commitment to mentoring and developing others while driving team success
