Quality Lead- POS

CloudMarc is partnering with a major enterprise client to engage a highly skilled

Quality Lead

with deep Retail POS expertise and strong automation capability. This senior role sits within a large digital transformation program and requires someone who can provide test leadership, drive quality strategy, and remain hands‑on where needed across POS and integration streams.

What You’ll Be Doing

Providing

quality leadership

across Retail POS workstreams

Defining test strategy, approach, and planning for POS, payments, promotions, and loyalty

Leading and coordinating test execution across multiple teams and vendors

Designing and reviewing test cases for POS systems, integrations, and end‑to‑end journeys

Overseeing automation delivery and contributing hands‑on where required (Playwright, Selenium, etc.)

Driving defect management, triage, and communication with SMEs, architects, and product teams

Ensuring test readiness, risk management, and quality gates are met

Guiding and mentoring testers to uplift capability and support continuous improvement

Supporting SIT, regression, release cycles, and production readiness activities

What We’re Looking For

Strong Retail POS testing experience

(mandatory)

Prior experience as a

Test Lead / Quality Lead

across large programs

Hands‑on automation skills (Playwright, Selenium, or similar)

Deep understanding of payments, EFTPOS, transaction flows, POS hardware & peripherals

Strong knowledge of POS integration with OMS, inventory, loyalty, and backend enterprise systems

Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in Agile or hybrid delivery environments

Strong analytical skills with proven experience driving test outcomes and resolving issues
