Qualifications
Professional experience in litigation or corporate/transactional legal work in Australia.
Practice experience in one or more of the following regions: New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Australian Capital Territory, Tasmania, or Northern Territory.
Familiarity with Australian legal and regulatory documentation sources.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured documentation processes.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment.
