Role Full Time Practice Manager

Job Overview Greencross Vets Mandurah is seeking a Practice Manager who leads, mentors, and manages the day‑to‑day operations of the clinic. You’ll help build a positive team culture, coach staff, oversee rostering and human resources duties, and support the delivery of high‑standard veterinary care.

Responsibilities

Manage day‑to‑day clinic operations, including stock, people management, rostering, and client records.

Lead and develop team to provide excellent client experience and exceptional patient care.

Ensure monthly KPI targets are achieved.

Drive business growth through local marketing initiatives.

Perform nursing duties as required, including training and mentoring nurses.

Skills & Experience

Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent experience).

Genuine care for clients, patients and team.

Experience in Practice Management or as a Senior Vet Nurse with team‑management, leadership and team‑building skills.

Excellent animal‑handling skills.

Extensive knowledge of veterinary nursing procedures.

Strong communication and customer‑service skills.

Business insight and organisational skills.
