Accounting and Business Management Software
powered by artificial intelligence. Our platform streams financial operations, automates business workflows, and delivers real-time insights to SMEs. As we continue to scale, we are preparing for long-term expansion—including the potential for a future
IPO —and are seeking a visionary
CTO
to help drive that journey.
Position Overview
The CTO will be responsible for shaping and executive the company's technology strategy, leading engineering operations, and delivering secure, scalable, and innovative software solutions. This is an on-site, hands‑on leadership role requiring deep expertise in AI, accounting systems, and business management technology.
You will work closely with the executive team to align technology with commercial goals and play a pivotal role in positioning the company for future growth milestones, including IPO readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Leadership
Define the long-term technology roadmap and platform architecture.
Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security required for enterprise‑level and IPO‑ready operations.
Oversee engineering, development, QA, DevOps, and security functions.
Product Development
Lead development of the Accounting & Business Management SaaS platform.
Deliver high‑performance modules including:
General Ledger & COA
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Payroll and HR integrations
Inventory & Job/Project management
Advanced reporting, dashboards, and forecasting
Maintain strong documentation, testing, and change management processes suitable for future public‑company compliance.
AI & Automation
Embed intelligent automation into financial workflows.
Build capabilities including:
Transaction classification
Document and invoice processing
Predictive analytics and forecasting
Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies.
Governance, Security & Compliance
Implement best‑practice security, data management, and audit readiness.
Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and software regulations.
Support the company's broader
IPO readiness
by aligning systems with governance expectations.
Build and mentor a high‑performing engineering team based in Perth.
Lead hiring, workforce planning, and capability development.
Cross‑Functional Leadership
Work with executive, product, and commercial teams to translate business goals into technical delivery.
Participate in strategic planning, budgeting, and capital allocation.
Contribute to risk management, technical due diligence, and investor‑related technology discussions.
