We’re now searching for a high-impact, data-driven, commercially minded
Head of Marketing
to lead our multi-brand marketing engine someone who can motivate a team, dive into the tools, and turn insight into measurable growth.
Why this role is a big deal
You’ll own the full marketing function, brand, social, content, SEO, SEM, CRM, lifecycle, automation, and creative. But even more importantly… you’ll own lead generation across:
B2C couples (weddings)
B2B suppliers
Destination weddings
Corporate events
Every decision you make will drive enquiries, revenue, and brand dominance.
What you’ll lead & deliver
This role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on execution.
Build & execute our integrated marketing strategy across multiple brands.
Lead a talented team across SEO, SEM, Social, Content, CRM/Email, Brand & Creative.
Oversee full‑funnel lead generation, ensuring continuous growth in B2B, B2C, destination weddings, and corporate event enquiries.
Use GA4, HubSpot, analytics dashboards & attribution tools to guide decisions.
Manage high‑performing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta) with tight ROAS, CPL, and cost efficiency.
Shape our brand storytelling across social (TikTok, IG, YouTube, Pinterest).
Own CRM & lifecycle strategy, boosting engagement and conversion.
Partner with Sales, Product, UX & Growth to continuously improve funnels and onsite journeys.
Run performance reviews, coach your team, and build capability across all disciplines.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have…
8+ years’ experience in multi-channel digital marketing.
Deep experience in lead generation + demand marketing.
Strong mastery of GA4, attribution, segmentation, testing & insights.
Success managing large paid media budgets and improving ROAS/CPL.
Proven experience leading teams (ideally 5–12 people across specialties).
Experience in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
A modern understanding of social + creator ecosystems.
The ability to balance brand storytelling with commercial outcomes.
Confident communication skills — presenting performance, insights, and strategy to senior leadership and CEO.
