Senior Contract Estimator

We're looking for a capable and experience Civil Estimator to join our contract estimating team in a casual, remote capacity. If you're experienced, self‑driven, and enjoy owning the estimating process from start to finish, this role gives you the autonomy to do your best work without micromanagement.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of civil construction estimating experience.

You'll prepare accurate, competitive bids for a range of civil clients across Western Australia. You'll work remotely and independently, while having access to a young and dynamic team to collaborate with when needed.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing detailed estimates and tender submissions for civil works, roadworks, services and FRP

Completing take-offs, BOQs, and cost breakdowns

Reviewing drawings, specifications, and client documentation

Sourcing supplier and subcontractor pricing

Developing production rates and methodologies

Identifying risks, exclusions, and clarifications

Supporting bid strategy and submission quality
