Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Platform Technical Architect, you will leverage extensive technical knowledge within Automation, Data, or zStack platforms to design viable client solutions. You will provide input to product teams for solutions refinement, focusing on customized experiential selling through a "show me, don’t tell me" approach.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

Design Client Solutions: Design viable client solutions by leveraging current product capabilities, providing input to product teams for solutions refinement, and maintaining strong platform and product knowledge. Deliver Technical Proof Points: Create and deliver technical proof points through technical accelerators, including demonstrations, POTs, POCs, Workshops, Solution Design, and MVPs. Articulate Value Proposition: Articulate the value proposition and ROI of solutions, understanding the competitive landscape, and constructing relevant use cases to drive sales. Maintain Platform Knowledge: Maintain strong platform and product knowledge to provide expert guidance and support to clients and internal stakeholders. Construct Use Cases: Construct relevant use cases to drive sales, leveraging extensive technical knowledge and understanding of client needs.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Extensive Technical Knowledge: Experience with Automation, Data, or zStack platforms, with the ability to design viable client solutions and provide input to product teams for solutions refinement. Technical Accelerators: Experience in creating and delivering technical proof points through technical accelerators, including demonstrations, POTs, POCs, Workshops, Solution Design, and MVPs. Platform and Product Knowledge: Experience maintaining strong platform and product knowledge, articulating the value proposition and ROI of solutions, and understanding the competitive landscape. Customized Experiential Selling: Experience with customized experiential selling, using a "show me, don't tell me" approach to construct relevant use cases and drive sales. Solution Design: Experience designing client solutions that meet specific business needs, leveraging current product capabilities and providing expert guidance and support to clients and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

Advanced Platform Knowledge: Experience with multiple Automation, Data, or zStack platforms, with the ability to integrate and optimize solutions across different technologies. Technical Innovation: Experience in identifying emerging trends and technologies, and applying this knowledge to create innovative solutions and accelerate business outcomes.
