The organisation is looking to scale rapidly with a strong focus on operational excellence, commercial growth and modernising systems and processes to build a resilient, high-performing environment for long-term success.

About the role This Head of Operations position leads a multi-disciplinary blue- and white-collar team across operations, commercial and support functions, reporting to Group level. The role drives operational uplift, commercial strategy, business transformation and full P&L ownership while engaging closely with senior stakeholders at Group level.

Duties / Key responsibilities

Lead, mentor and develop teams while building a high-performance culture

Oversee operational activities and uplift systems, processes and technology

Drive business transformation

Execute commercial and go-to-market strategies to support growth

Full P&L ownership

Skills and experience

High calibre tertiary qualifications – MBA is highly advantageous

Proven leadership experience within industrial, engineering, manufacturing or service-based environments

Strong operational management and process improvement skills

Experience leading teams through growth or transformation

Commercial acumen and exposure to customer-facing activity

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and drive engagement
