The Role – Centre Manager / Nominated Supervisor
We are seeking a dedicated, forward‑thinking leader who is aligned with our vision for high‑quality early education.
This role is ideal for someone who:
Leads with empathy, positivity, and professionalism
Builds trusting relationships with families, children, and educators
Supports and mentors educators to reach their full potential
Brings creativity and fresh ideas to centre practice
Can confidently drive quality, compliance, and continuous improvement

As Centre Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead your team with purpose, and work closely with our senior leadership team to ensure high‑quality outcomes for children and families.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education
Minimum 2 years experience as a Centre Manager, essential
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills
A growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
Knowledge of the EYLF, NQS & National Law/Regulations
Current Working With Children Check (Blue Card)
