Capital Raising Director

to join their team in Melbourne. This role offers the opportunity to work with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and partners, overseeing the growth and diversification of the company’s investment portfolio. Key Responsibilities

Deliver on the capital raising strategy for real estate investment projects, supporting growth and expansion. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors, including high-net-worth individuals and private clients. Present and communicate investment opportunities to prospective clients, ensuring alignment with their financial goals. Develop (with the investment team) and execute targeted marketing strategies to attract investors, leveraging various channels and networks. Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and investment analysts, to ensure smooth fundraising and project delivery. Monitor market trends and economic conditions, providing valuable insights to investors and stakeholders. What We Are Looking For

Proven experience in capital raising, or investor relations within the real estate or finance sectors. A strong network within the Melbourne investment community and beyond. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and present complex financial information clearly and persuasively. A deep understanding of the real estate investment landscape, including commercial, industrial and retail projects. A proactive, self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ideally, based in Melbourne (though would consider Sydney), with established professional connections and an understanding of the local market dynamics. Why This Role
