We are seeking a lawyer with solid commercial law experience at the level of Senior Associate to Special Counsel to join our team.

This role offers an experienced practitioner the opportunity to serve both our long-standing clients and new ones across a portfolio of commercial transactions, while contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

The Role You will be responsible for:

Providing advice to clients which is equally commercial and technical legal skill to clients

Managing a caseload independently with minimal supervision

Running matters commercially from start to finish

Advising clients clearly, practically, and with commercial awareness

Providing guidance and informal mentoring

Overseeing work quality and contributing to team capability

Acting as a trusted senior point of contact for clients

Area of Practice Experience in the following will be highly regarded:

Commercial agreements

Corporate and transactional work

Advising property developers and investors

Retail leasing and licensing

Structuring, and restructuring, succession and accession

Sale and purchase of businesses and franchises

The Candidate We are looking for a lawyer who:

Has strong experience in commercial law

Provides suitable, clear, and commercial advice tailored to clients’ needs

Is a confident communicator

Takes care and ownership of their work
