UNSW College Employment Type: Full-time, Fixed Term (12 months) Hybrid work environment (work from home and in office) Innovative and creative team Make a meaningful impact on academic compliance, quality and curriculum excellence. UNSW College is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Course Quality Officer to join our Learning and Teaching team. In this pivotal role, you’ll help ensure the highest standards of academic quality across our programs by supporting curriculum development, quality assurance processes, and compliance with regulatory frameworks. What you’ll do: Coordinate and maintain quality assurance frameworks for course and program approval, review, and modification Collaborate with academic and professional staff to support curriculum development and continuous improvement Assist in the development and submission of reports and supporting documents for academic governance bodies Support training initiatives and process improvements to enhance educational delivery Ensure student feedback and academic staff credentials are integrated into quality processes What you’ll bring: A degree in Education or relevant experience in higher education quality assurance Strong project coordination skills and experience with curriculum development Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities Proficiency in data analysis and education systems tools A collaborative mindset and a passion for educational excellence Some of our benefits: Fitness Passport – heavily discounted gym memberships 3 gifted days of (paid) leave for end of year called 'University Holiday' Salary packaging options Employees can access 50% tuition fees discount at UNSW Sydney (conditions apply) Hybrid work model where the office days are:2 days per week, with Thursdays being a Learning and Teaching team anchor day.
