As an Emergency Relief Phone Assessor, you’ll be a calm, compassionate guide for individuals and families facing financial hardship — listening to their story, assessing their needs, and opening doors to practical support when it matters most.This is heart-led work with real impact. No two days are the same, and every conversation counts.This is a full-time position based in Hobart, with the option of hybrid work arrangements.
