Provide strategic design, planning and documentation support to the Development team, under the direction of the Design Director. ASX A REIT Start ASAP High end luxury retail project focus, Architectural Base Build Join this leading owner and developer delivering major large format retail and mixed-use projects. This role is responsible for managing the technical design process and ensuring high-quality, compliant, and buildable outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams Manage technical design across all project stages on high end luxury development within existing landmark sites. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and approvals Identify and manage design, constructability, and operational risks Support tendering, value engineering, and construction delivery Coordinate base build and tenancy interfaces Extensive stakeholder management, internally and externally across complex Base Build delivery. About You

Degree in Architecture, or Engineering. 8+ years' experience in technical design or project delivery large format retail landlord side Large format new build retail, commercial, or mixed-use project experience; base build experience required. Excellent technical, coordination, and honed stakeholder management skills to manage multiple stakeholders including government, high end luxury retailers, internal stakeholders and external consultants. Ideal: 2D/3D Revit/Archicad ability to produce drawings 1:200 from hand drawings. (External consultants to produce detail sets).
