About the Role
Lead a senior file load across parenting/property, complex financial settlements, BFAs, spousal maintenance, child support and intervention orders.
Set strategy, manage risk, drive negotiation/mediation and brief counsel where appropriate.
Appear in the FCFCOA as suitable to your experience; courtroom capability is valued.
Collaborate across the family team; mentoring available where you choose to provide it.
Maintain disciplined file management and clear, commercial advice to clients.
About You
4+ PAE
in family law with a full practising certificate.
Confident running complex matters end-to-end, including financials and FV/IOs.
Strong advocacy and negotiation skills; pragmatic, composed and solution-led.
Excellent communication; builds trust quickly with clients and colleagues.
