Practice Manager | Greencross Vets Mandurah

We are looking for a

Full Time Practice Manager

with leadership capabilities and attention to detail, you'll be goal orientated and team focused with the ability to coach and mentor in a collaborative manor. Familiarity with practice manager duties including rostering and human resources is a bonus!

Greencross Vets Mandurah is the perfect practice for a senior vet nurse with existing leadership experience and a great sense of humour to join a team of positive and outgoing nurses and passionate veterinarians.

Responsibilities

Managing the day‑to‑day operations of our clinic including stock management, people management and rostering, and maintaining client records

Leading and developing our team to provide an excellent client experience, exceptional patient care and to build a positive team culture

Ensuring that monthly KPI's are met

Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives

Nursing duties as required; including training and mentoring nurses

Qualifications

Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent experience)

Genuine care for clients, patients and your team

Experience in Practice Management or as a Senior Vet Nurse with team management, strong leadership and team building skills

An extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures

Strong communication and customer service skills

Good business insight and organisational skills
