This role is for a Future Partner and Manager to join the team at a dynamic and friendly community town pharmacy in the south-west coast of WA. Responsibilities

You will demonstrate expertise in managing the profitability of this very busy pharmacy You will demonstrate expertise in managing the dispensary and Front-of-Shop You will provide exceptional counselling to customers Perform general managerial duties such as supervision of staff within the dispensary and throughout the pharmacy Future Partnership / Progression

This position will begin as a Pharmacist Manager role. Your performance will be assessed following a qualification period at which time it will be decided whether your skills and abilities align with the model employed by this pharmacy group and if so a partnership will be offered. The pharmacy is located in a town on the south-west coast of Western Australia, where the Blackwood River flows into Flinders Bay. It is the nearest town to Cape Leeuwin. The area is rich in history, and has many unique and natural areas to explore. The location is easily accessible by car and public transport. The driving distance to Perth is approx 320km. About The Offer

Attractive remuneration on offer depends on experience. The pharmacy trades Monday to Friday 9am -5.30pm and Saturday 9am-12.30pm. Flexible rosters to meet the business and your life style balance.
