THE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Corporate Finance leader, you will lead and deliver buy‑side and sell‑side financial due diligence engagements, supporting clients throughout the full transaction lifecycle. You will play a key role in identifying deal risks and value drivers, while managing and developing a high‑performing team:
Lead and manage financial due diligence engagements across M&A, divestments, and corporate transactions
Analyse financial statements, management accounts, forecasts, and working capital to assess quality of earnings and cash flow
Identify key risks, issues, and value drivers impacting transaction outcomes
Prepare detailed financial models and high‑quality reports for clients and investors
Act as the primary client contact, presenting findings and supporting negotiations
Manage multiple engagements concurrently, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
Mentor and manage junior team members, reviewing work and building capability
Collaborate with tax, valuation, and corporate finance teams to deliver integrated solutions

THE EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline
CA or CPA qualified (or equivalent)
3-5 years’ experience in financial due diligence, transaction services, corporate finance
Strong financial analysis, modelling, and reporting capability
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Commercial mindset with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
