Responsibilities

Oversee the development and DevOps teams, ensuring that procedures align with best practices in software development and operations Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enhance the speed and quality of software delivery Collaborate with engineering teams to define and implement processes that ensure reliable and scalable application deployments Manage infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and automation to optimize resource utilization Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance reliability and efficiency Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation within the development and operations teams Prepare and present reports on operational metrics and process improvements to stakeholders Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Proven experience in a Development Operations or DevOps management role, with a strong understanding of both development and operational processes Experience with automation tools and CI/CD practices, as well as familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide technical teams effectively Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to identify and resolve operational challenges Exceptional communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and facilitate collaboration Relevant certifications in DevOps practices or cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Solutions Expert) are a plus Seniority level
